This tracker aggregates open-source intelligence (OSINT) from multiple verified sources. Confidence ratings are based on cross-referencing multiple sources, sanctions list corroboration, and address verification. "High" confidence indicates facilities with verified addresses, confirmed sanctions status, and multiple source corroboration. "Medium" confidence indicates facilities with partial verification or single-source data. Coordinates are derived from geocoding services and have not been independently verified through satellite imagery analysis. This dataset represents publicly available information as of December 3, 2025, and should be considered a baseline for further investigation rather than a complete operational intelligence picture.
