China Bets Big on 3-D Mass-Producible Interceptor Drones

China has pivoted to exporting cheap 3-D printed interceptor drones to build leverage in the global anti-drone market, as countries realize limited stockpiles of expensive air defense missiles are unsustainable against high-volume drone attacks.

Several Chinese companies have already sold interceptor drones priced between $1,500 and $2,900 per unit to Russia and countries in the Middle East over the last few months.
